your requirements and expectations with the purchase of a residential

knowledgeable information on financing alternatives and assist
in obtaining mortgage financing, if required. |

up-to-date information on market activity. |

Provide
information on homes in your price range, and arrange personal
showings of properties of interest. |

Provide
information on municipal services, zoning, permit requirements,
and other land use issues. |

Provide
information on insurance requirements, closing costs and procedures,
taxes, utility costs. |

Provide
a "Property Condition Disclosure Statement" on a home so that
you have complete information about its condition and "latent
defects". |

Prepare
a contract of Purchase and Sale and present this "offer" to
the seller. |

Communicate
between you and the seller with offers, monitor closing, and
track time deadlines. |

Provide
information on services which complement your purchase: Appraisal,
home inspection services, legal, contractors, permits, etc.
